Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 base salary + performance bonus
About the Role- XX is seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support across our growing healthcare operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 2-4 years of FP&A experience to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis, KPI reporting, and performance dashboards for leadership.
- Analyze revenue trends, payer mix, and cost drivers to identify opportunities for margin improvement.
- Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly re-forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
- Partner with clinical, operations, and revenue cycle teams to provide actionable financial insights and scenario analysis.
- Assist in preparing board and investor presentations, including financial narratives and supporting schedules.
- Monitor industry benchmarks and healthcare-specific metrics to evaluate organizational performance.
