About our client Care ABA
Position Summary- We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The CFO will serve as a strategic financial partner to the CEO and executive team, overseeing all financial operations, back-office functions, and supporting future growth initiatives including potential M&A.
- Lead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the $100M+ organization.
- Oversee the full back-office infrastructure, including accounting, revenue cycle management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial systems.
- Drive financial operations and controls to support scalability while maintaining compliance in a complex healthcare reimbursement environment.
- Play a key role in evaluating and executing potential M&A, partnerships, and other growth opportunities.
- Partner with operational leadership to optimize profitability, cash flow, and financial performance across all service lines.
- Manage banking relationships, audits, tax strategy, and external reporting.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance and back-office team while implementing process improvements and technology solutions.
