** How you'll

* in this Assurance Senior role:
*** Participate in audit, review, and compilation engagements serving financial institution clients.
* Assist with engagement planning and all aspects of financial statement preparation.
* Coordinate, delegate, and review the work of Associates to help ensure quality and timely client service.
* Support the development of team members through coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.
* Collect and analyze data to identify control deficiencies, duplicated efforts, fraud risks, and non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
* Perform analytical reviews of financial information and identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
* Build strong relationships with clients and team members while contributing to a positive team culture.

* What you will need:

*** 2 years of relevant experience required
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
* Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred
* Prior experience with an established public accounting or professional services firm is preferred.
