ABOUTTHE ROLE
The Financial Analyst III (FA III) primary responsibilities include performing financial analysis, valuation, and modeling exercises to inform decisions related to the following functions: long-term strategic planning, investor relations, capital markets, commercial negotiations, and M&A. This person will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and will have a strong work ethic. This teammate will have to be collaborative while demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills, and a keen business acumen.
WHATYOU WILL DO
- Performs financial analysis, valuation, and modeling exercises to inform financial, strategic, and commercial decision making.
- Collaborates with teams across the business to gather key assumptions.
- Owns, maintains, and continuously improves Crown Castle’s long-term corporate model, which is an instrumental tool in all transformative or large-scale strategic and financial decisions.
- Performs ad-hoc analysis as needed and presents findings to senior management.
- Demonstrates strong technical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills (written, verbal and visual).
- Clearly and concisely communicates deliverables and anticipates next steps by maintaining focus of ultimate objective and visualizing audience’s perspective.
- Works collaboratively and balances accuracy and timeliness to deliver on time.
- Utilizes prioritization skills to balance long-term and short-term needs.
- Develops relationships, a brand of excellence, and a thoughtful communication style to influence conversations and outcomes .
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related
- 3+ years of experience in finance, business, or economics
- Experience with financial analysis, valuation, and modeling
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Strong analytical and organizational skills

WHERE YOU WILL WORKThis role will work in-office (Houston, TX) Monday-Friday. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
