We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a
Resource Management, Senior Specialist (Tax) team in our
South-West region working Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Cohn Reznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a Cohn Reznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Continually monitor utilization levels against business plans, highlighting adverse variance and potential issues for resolution for a minimum of 75 professionals for a designated service line or geography in Advisory, Assurance and Tax.
• Monitor the task list in our RM technology tool to approve resource requests, PTO, CPE etc.
• For assigned business unit, understand specialization. requirements, timing constraints, staffing continuity and geographic considerations.
• Maintain a solid understanding of employees’preferences with regards to skills, interests, career development opportunities preferences.
