Our finance team is looking for a detail-oriented person to join our growing team. Someone who enjoys working with numbers and problem-solving. Our ideal candidate will possess the business and technical knowledge to respond to inquiries from clients, team members and vendors. Ultimately, our financial team members are expected to manage financial activities and recommend changes to the financial process of the agency.

Specific

responsibilities include:

Client invoicing / billing
Monitor client estimates and budgets
General ledger analysis and reconciliation
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in accounting
An astute knowledge of accounting principles to help inform key decisions.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on cross-functional collaborations
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Profound sense of urgency in completing tasks and assignments
Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Capacity to work without supervision and under pressure
Desire and willingness for continuous learning and professional development
