POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support the financial performance and growth of our cloud services business. This role serves as a trusted Finance Business Partner to operational and commercial leaders, providing strategic financial insights, driving planning and forecasting processes, and managing working capital performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with business partnership skills and can translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations that support growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Support month-end close processes through analyzing financial results, identifying variances, key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards, reporting packages and financial presentations for senior leadership.
  • Support business case development for new products, services, technology investments, and strategic initiatives.
Finance Business Partner
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders to either the Sales & Marketing or Engineering teams.
  • Provide financial guidance and recommendations to support business decisions and operational improvements.
  • Partner with department leaders to develop budgets, monitor spending, and evaluate performance against targets.
  • Communicate financial results and insights in a clear and actionable manner to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects focused on scaling the business and improving financial processes.
Working Capital Management
  • Monitor and analyze key working capital metrics, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, deferred revenue, and cash flow.
  • Partner with Operations and Finance teams to improve cash conversion and optimize working capital performance.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance billing accuracy, collections efficiency, and cash flow management.
  • Support revenue operations and customer contract reviews to ensure alignment between billing, collections, and financial objectives.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into cash flow trends and working capital performance.
QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or business finance.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Must have exposure to planning and reporting working capital.
  • Some Accounting experience preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial planning platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary range for the Senior Financial Analyst is $95,000 to $130,000 . This pay range reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay range for this job for the location for which it has been posted. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
