Senti Link supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle (Bellevue), Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly.

Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.

Senti Link is seeking an experienced fraud leader to serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, primarily large financial institutions and other financial-services organizations.

In this role, you will engage directly with fraud, risk, identity, and financial-crime executives to understand their challenges and help them determine how Senti Link’s products can be operationalized within their existing workflows. You will bring practical experience from the field to customer conversations, connecting fraud strategy, risk operations, technology, and business outcomes.

You will help prospects think through questions such as:

• Where Senti Link’s products fit within their fraud and identity-risk processes

• How to integrate our solutions into existing systems, teams, and decisioning workflows

• How to design effective operating models, controls, and escalation paths

• How to measure impact across fraud loss, customer experience, operational efficiency, and risk

This is a highly consultative, customer-facing role. Success will require the credibility to engage senior executives, the practical judgment to translate complex fraud challenges into actionable recommendations, and the ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.

• Serve as a fraud subject‑matter expert in conversations with prospective customers.

• Build trusted relationships with fraud, risk, identity, payments, and financial‑crime executives.

• Lead discovery conversations to understand customers’ fraud strategies, workflows, pain points, and priorities.

• Advise prospects on how to incorporate Senti Link’s products into their operational and technology environments.

• Translate customer needs into clear recommendations for product configuration, workflow design, implementation, and change management.

• Support sales engagements, executive briefings, workshops, demonstrations, and responses to complex customer questions.
