As Accounting Technician 2 on our Customer Service team, you won’t just be crunching numbers, you’ll be powering programs that support Alaskans statewide. Every transaction you process, every account you balance, and every customer you assist helps fuel the state’s economy in a real and meaningful way.
As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll be on the front lines of financial operations.
Your responsibilities will include:- Processing incoming cash and financial transactions
- Updating account structures in our loan processing system
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all financial activities
- Providing excellent service to both internal and external customers

Our organization, mission and culture:The mission of the Division of Investments team is to administer and service loan programs under the Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development. These programs were primarily designed to promote economic development through direct state lending in industries and areas of the state that are not adequately serviced by the private sector.
