Bank Customer Service, Retail Banking
Under the direction of the Branch Manager, as a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for servicing and building relationships with branch Consumer and Business customers. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience through engagement of customers in the branch and over the phone. In addition, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales and service from the teller line by performing teller duties when necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assess customer needs by engaging the customer in conversation about their financial needs and goals. Recommend products and services that are designed to help your customer achieve financial independence.
- Display a strong understanding of all Everett Bank products and services.
- Develop relationships with new and existing Consumer and Business customers by maintaining contact through early engagement calls and regular outreach.
- Process deposits and withdrawals and other teller transactions when necessary.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction. Ensure timely follow up and escalates when appropriate. Own the customer experience from beginning to end.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- 2 or more years of personal banking experience (strongly preferred)
- Motivated to help people achieve financial goals
- Passion and personal commitment to proactively help customers
- Exceptional listening and communication skills in person and over the phone
- Basic computer skills

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee must have the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time and be able to place and retrieve information in and from file cabinets
- Occasional lifting of files, banker’s boxes, or office equipment up to 20 lbs.
- Fast-paced environment requires multitasking, accuracy, and teamwork.
Salary Range:$40,000 - $55,000 Based on experience
