We are seeking a hands-on Senior Tax Manager with general income tax background, who will own worldwide quarterly tax provision, consolidated federal and state taxable income projections, and cash tax modeling processes.

Key Responsibilities:- Maintain taxable income and earnings and profit projections for a federalconsolidatedtax group consisting of 6 active corporate subsidiaries.
- Estimate partnership taxable income for material joint venture investments and include KW'sprojected Sch K-1sin the corporateconsolidatedtaxable income projections.
- Lead the worldwide ASC 740 provision process, including ETR reconciliations, current/deferred tax calculations, DTA/DTL support, valuation allowance analysis, tax accountrollforwards,provision to return analysis, income tax footnote disclosures,and journal entries.
- Review foreign tax provision inputs, statutory-to-U.S. GAAP differences, withholding taxes, and foreign tax credit implications.
- Partner with accounting,legal,andexternaltaxadvisors, to quantify anddocumenttax implications of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings,andfinancings.
- Directaccountingteams to provide financial information and other datato external tax advisors
- Review U.S. corporate and partnership tax returns prepared bythosetax advisors
- Liaise with US federal andstatetax authorities as appropriate, including management of tax audits
- Perform tax technical research relating to state tax nexus to support state tax filing positions
- Monitor changes in federal, state, and local tax laws and evaluate their potential impact on the Company’s operations, financial results, and tax positions
- Identifyanddrive process improvements andautomations toenhanceefficiency and productivity
- 7-10+ years of tax experience in public accounting and/orin house tax department, with hands-on ASC 740taxprovision experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal corporate tax
- Real estate, partnership tax, REIT,transaction tax, and/or U.S. international tax experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical, Excel, project management, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be highly self-motivated, dynamic and a multi-tasker withenergyand drive to workindependentlyand strive inafat-pace environment.
