# Personal Banker Hot Job Ashville - Ashville, OH 43103## Overview Salary Range $43,140.00 - $73,730.00 Salary## Description To fully engage in office activities and decision making by being an active participant in the daily branch function through performing teller functions as required, opening deposit account and originating consumer loan requests.  Personal Bankers are expected to make high quality referrals and cross-sells the bank’s products and services.

Participates with branch management in maintaining a customer-focused environment and developing new ideas to increase business that will help achieve customer relationship objectives.  This position includes 70% of time spent on sales and service, 20% on Operations, and 10% spent on Leadership activities. Personal Bankers are expected to recognize that in order to provide Service Excellence a customer’s experience should always be consistent whether they are online, using a mobile device, speaking to us over the phone or visiting us in person.

In order to maintain this all Personal Bankers must consistently follow and model VCNB Service Standards.
** PB is expected to demonstrate a mastery of all skills learned in the Associate Banker role, specifically in the areas of Teller, Deposit Accounts and Consumer Lending. Additionally a continued display of outstanding communication skills and unparalleled customer service is expected.*
