** Job Description
** The Cash Services Extended Network (CSEN) Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational performance of the extended cash services network, including cash vault vendors, armored carriers, financial institution partners, and internal stakeholders. This role serves as a key liaison between vendors, operations teams, product partners, customer support groups, and compliance functions to ensure service levels, operational efficiency, regulatory adherence, and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.
The analyst monitors operational performance, researches and resolves service issues, analyzes trends, supports implementation activities, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across the cash services ecosystem.
