** Our 2027 Summer Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company. You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices.

This 10-week internship provides you with realistic experiences and information of what it is like to work erns may have the opportunity to be considered for Guardian's Finance Leadership Development Program upon successful completion of the internship. We are seeking candidates who are curious, adaptable, and excited to gain exposure to different areas of the Finance and Risk organization. #

* Required Qualifications:

*** Proficiency in finance and accounting principles
* An interest in exploring multiple areas of Finance and Risk and a willingness to learn about different functions and career paths across the organization
* Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Experience demonstrating a self-starter mindset, including the ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities
** You will:
*** Support the preparation and analysis of tax reports, work papers, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Participate in process enhancement efforts ad hoc projects as needed
