** Job Description
**** Overview
* * We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cash Vault Processor to join our operations team. This is a production-based role responsible for accurately processing cash deposits for both commercial and internal customers. This position is strictly non-customer facing and focuses on back-end processing within a secure cash handling environment.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Accurately process and verify cash deposits for commercial and internal accounts
* Count, sort, and balance large volumes of currency in a high-volume production environment
* Ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with established procedures and compliance standards
* Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and internal controls
* Meet daily production and accuracy goals
** Minimum Qualifications
*** High School Diploma Or Equivalent
* Ability to Repeatedly move up to 50 pounds
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time
** Qualifications
* ** High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Basic math and problem-solving abilities
* Previous experience in cash handling, banking operations, or processing roles preferred
** Work Environment
*** Production-focused, non-customer-facing role
* Requires consistent focus, accuracy, and adherence to process
* May involve repetitive tasks and handling of large volumes of cash

** Basic Qualifications**  - High school diploma or equivalent  - Two to four years or more of operations services related work experience
** Preferred Skills/Experience**  - Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements
- Proven commitment to high quality customer service
- Ability to work well with external and internal customers
- Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding and knowledge of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and enterprise wide
- Physical requirements could include lifting trays of work, pushing carts of work, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions
- Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation
- Strong PC skills
