This position will serve as the primary point of contact for the Division of Taxation’s 2026 Tax Amnesty Program and will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to taxpayers and other stakeholders regarding all aspects of the 2026 Tax Amnesty Program.
The position will function in a high-volume call center environment, responding to and handling a significant volume of telephone inquiries, emails, and written correspondence related to the 2026 Tax Amnesty Program. Responsibilities will also include reviewing and researching taxpayer accounts using the Division’s computer systems, providing information and guidance regarding program requirements and procedures, and addressing taxpayer questions and concerns.
The position will also perform other related duties as necessary to support the effective and successful administration of the 2026 Tax Amnesty Program. All candidates accepting the position will be provided extensive training on the 2026 Tax Amnesty Program and no prior experience with tax administration or tax concepts is required.#
