Collections Analyst

Corda Credit Union is seeking a Collections Analyst to join our Cedar Rapids team. In this role, you will manage delinquency and recovery efforts across consumer, credit card, mortgage, and commercial account portfolios while minimizing losses and charge-offs.

To succeed as a Collections Analyst at Corda Credit Union, you'll bring strong research, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. In this role, you'll maintain accurate records, ensure collection activities comply with applicable policies and regulations, and apply your knowledge of legal processes to effectively manage delinquent accounts. You'll work to maximize recovery through collateral liquidation, legal remedies, and member-focused solutions, while striving to support positive financial outcomes whenever possible.
