Winixx Inc. is a technology holding company building an integrated portfolio of technology platforms, infrastructure, and consumer products. Winixx Health is being developed as a healthcare infrastructure platform designed to make preventive healthcare broadly accessible, make early detection a default part of healthcare, and coordinate the transition from detection to clinical review, referral, intervention, emergency response, and follow-up. The long-term vision is to build Winixx Health as an operating layer for healthcare - connecting people, clinicians, laboratories, pharmacies, emergency services, hospitals, devices, and other healthcare institutions into a coordinated system while preserving appropriate clinical authority, privacy, consent, and regulatory safeguards.

The Chief Health Economics & Finance Officer establishes the economic foundation of Winixx Health. This leader models the cost of the healthcare architecture, evaluates economic outcomes, develops funding and payment models, and helps translate healthcare-system requirements into financially defensible programs.

• Build the financial and economic model for Winixx Health
• Develop infrastructure, workforce, technology, diagnostics, facilities, and operating-cost models
• Evaluate healthcare utilization and potential cost impacts
• Develop actuarial and economic analyses where appropriate
• Model government funding and payment mechanisms
• Analyze program sustainability and long-term financial requirements
• Establish financial performance metrics
• Evaluate partnerships and major investments
• Support legislative and government funding proposals with rigorous financial analysis
• Develop scenario models for national-scale deployment
• Work with executive leadership to connect healthcare architecture with economic reality
• Establish transparent assumptions and auditability for major financial models

• Required:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated quantitative and financial modeling ability
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
• Ability to understand complex healthcare economics or learn the domain rapidly
• Strong communication skills for explaining quantitative models to non-financial leaders
• MBA, MHA, MPH, MS, MA, CFA, CPA, actuarial credentials, or other advanced qualification valued depending on background
• Direct healthcare CFO experience is not required
