Responsibilities will vary by department but may include:

• Supporting department projects and daily operations
• Assisting with research, analysis, and process improvements
• Participating in job shadowing and cross‑functional learning opportunities
• Attending coaching and development meetings
• Contributing to a department‑sponsored business project
• Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication practices
• Completing assigned work accurately and on time

To be considered, candidates must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be enrolled in a high school within our banking footprint or an accredited college or university
• Have an interest in a career field aligned with an available co‑op track
• Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Be eligible to work in the United States
• Be able to meet the schedule requirements of the position

• Academic semesters (Fall and Spring): approximately 15-25 hours per week
