** Role overview
** Senior Associate on the Infrastructure and Asset Based Credit Team within Blackstone Credit & Insurance, working across the energy, utility and infrastructure space. ** Key responsibilities**- Lead transaction diligence and underwriting of new investments, and lead monitoring of portfolio operations across the energy, utility and infrastructure space.

- Prepare financial models, investment committee presentations and third-party briefing materials for investments within the Infrastructure and Asset Based Credit Team.

- Lead internal discussions evaluating the viability of potential investment opportunities and financing structures.

- Oversee analysts and associates on deal teams and monitor progress toward key milestones.
** Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience building detailed financial models and cash flow pro formas in Excel and developing presentation materials in PowerPoint.

- Minimum 2 years of experience underwriting, conducting due diligence on and closing energy and infrastructure transactions across the United States.

- Minimum 2 years of experience analyzing companies across the energy value chain (exploration & production, midstream, services, refining, energy transition) using net asset valuation, DCF, LBO and sum-of-the-parts techniques.

* * Expected annual base salary range: $160,000 - $215,000, plus discretionary bonus and, for certain employees, equity and other incentive compensation.
