* Job Description:

**** Introduction to the team
** Our Mergers and Acquisitions practice works with owners and investors to help them ease their tax burden and quantify tax exposures in a wide range of transactions, including buy-side and sell-side, restructuring, taxable and tax-free transactions. We provide our clients with tax due diligence, tax structuring, quantitative tax modeling services, transaction agreement review and consultation and tax technical support.  You will gain knowledge of the firm's Merger & Acquisition services as well as assist project managers, clients, and peers on various consulting engagements.
** Responsibilities:
*** Assist Seniors, Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries
* Conduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findings
* Create draft reports for management review
* Research issues that arise during the course of engagement

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting or a related field required
* CPA preferred. If not a CPA, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire in state of employment
