Hours:
Full time Pay: $40 - $57/hour ($85K - $120K dependent on qualifications) A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Financial Analyst III to join its Accountable Care Organization (ACO) finance team. This role blends FP&A, financial reporting, and hands-on accounting while partnering closely with finance and operational leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare finance and FP&A experience, can contribute quickly, and has the potential to grow into a Finance Manager-level role.
What You’ll Do
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
* Build financial models and perform variance and profitability analysis
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and executive financial reporting
* Analyze financial trends and provide actionable recommendations
* Support P&L management and strategic decision-making
* Assist with accruals, reconciliations, AP, and month-end close
* Partner closely with finance and operational leadership
* Improve financial processes, reporting, and data accuracy
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 7–10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience
* Healthcare finance experience required
* Strong FP&A experience in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting
* Experience with accruals, reconciliations, AP, and month-end close
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities Preferred
* CPA or CFA
* 2–3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
* Hospital, health system, clinic, or provider organization experience##
