Intern Finance; Summer

The Finance Intern, reporting into the Finance Manager, will gain exposure to manufacturing financial planning & analysis for our Drinking Water Business Unit. The Intern will provide support to the finance team by performing the following duties:
* Partner with Finance and business team on forecast process
* Reporting improvements/variance analysis
* Profitability analysis – customer/product focused
* Reviewing product costs
* NPD business case development with cross functional team
* Operational metrics for manufacturing
* Complete special projects as needed

* Qualifications:

*** Pursuing a 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and particularly strong Excel skills involving pivot tables and macros.
* Ability to work with others, but highly self-motivated to achieve individual tasks efficiently
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail
* Able to work 40 hours per week during the summer
