Job Description At U.S. Bank, we're committed to helping our clients and communities thrive. As a Commercial Banking Client Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for commercial, corporate, and small business clients utilizing treasury management products and  this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with treasury-related products, technical issues, and servicing requests. You will investigate and resolve client concerns, partner with internal teams to provide solutions, and deliver a high-quality customer experience while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates bring strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and a desire to learn complex banking products. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in treasury management services while supporting some of U.S. Bank's most valued commercial clients.### Primary Responsibilities
* Serve as a primary service contact for commercial, corporate, and business banking clients.
* Provide support for treasury management products and services.
* Research and resolve client issues while ensuring a positive and professional experience.
* Troubleshoot technical challenges, including online banking, file transmission, and product-related issues.
* Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex servicing requests.
* Manage multiple client inquiries while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Learn and apply knowledge of treasury products, processes, and servicing procedures.
* Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and effective problem resolution.###

Preferred Qualifications
* Customer service, call center, banking operations, treasury support, or commercial banking experience.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and think critically.
* Technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems and applications.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
* Positive attitude and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.### Work Environment
* Operating hours for the team are
** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time**.
* New hires should be flexible to work assigned schedules within those operating hours.
* Initial training is conducted onsite to support knowledge development and team integration.
