Location New York, United States## About This Role Talisman Advisory Partners has been retained by a leading investment platform focused on private equity and private credit investments in middle-market sustainable infrastructure businesses. The platform manages hundreds of millions of dollars across several funds and strategies, with a successful track record across renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure technologies including solar power, battery storage, hydroelectric generation, energy efficiency, electrified transport, and sustainable fuels.

The fund is seeking a Vice President to join the investment team in New York City, with exposure to all facets of the investment process: sourcing, structuring, due diligence, financial analysis, and legal documentation. The VP will lead execution of new investments from screening through closing, support portfolio companies through value creation and exit, and carry meaningful origination responsibility with direct interaction with management teams and the Investment Committee.

Key responsibilities include leading due diligence work streams across commercial, financial, technical, legal, and tax topics; structuring and negotiating transactions including term sheets and definitive documentation; overseeing junior investment professionals; and building and maintaining relationships with infrastructure sponsors, developers, and financial advisors. The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to join a growing platform with strong momentum in the energy transition space.
