** Role Overview
** Allianz Global Investors is hiring a Vice President for its Infrastructure Debt team in New York City, supporting a senior team member across the full infrastructure debt investment process.
** Key Responsibilities**- Screen new opportunities in coordination with the global infrastructure debt team in London and Paris
- Prepare screening papers for the Allianz GI Investment Committee and materials for current and potential investors
- Assist in negotiating debt terms with borrowers, advisers, underwriters and placement agents
- Conduct detailed transaction due diligence, including financial, legal, commercial and technical review
- Prepare investment proposals and Investment Committee presentations
- Monitor financial and operating performance of portfolio positions, including management meetings and liaison with agents and lenders' counsel
- Track infrastructure and credit market developments; maintain the deal pipeline
** Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or a related field- 5 years of finance experience, including private/credit infrastructure investment and debt strategies
- Strong Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA macros) and financial statement analysis
- Experience with independent market/sector research; familiarity with AI tools

** 1633 Broadway, New York, NY. Base salary $178,402–$210,000/year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive program.
