Core Wealth Management is an independent, fee-only fiduciary firm integrating comprehensive financial planning, tax planning, and investment management. We’re looking for someone serious about a long-term career in wealth management who has demonstrated that commitment by actively pursuing—or already earning—a CFP® certification.

You’ll work closely with experienced CFP® professionals, CPAs, and a CFA charter holder, contribute to client relationships, and take on greater responsibility as your capabilities grow.

• Help develop and update financial plans covering cash flow, retirement, taxes, and investments.
• Gather and analyze client information, research planning strategies, and prepare for client meetings.
• Participate in meetings, coordinate follow-up, and help clients implement recommendations.
• Support investment planning, client reporting, and ongoing client service.

• Active progress toward CFP® certification or an existing designation.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to take ownership.
• A desire to work directly with clients and grow within a small, collaborative team.
