Job Description `markdown## About the Role The Operations Finance Analyst is a vital financial role within the IT organization, responsible for the execution of technology budgets, detailed forecasting, and operational compliance. This position focuses on the day-to-day financial operations, bridging the gap between technical teams and accounting. The primary goal is to ensure rigorous labor tracking and project-level analysis to support a seamless month-end  this collaborative position, you will work closely with IT managers and engineers to develop detailed budgets aligned with technical projects.

You will also conduct variance analyses to identify spending discrepancies and maintain compliance with accounting standards.##

Key Responsibilities -
* * Financial Modeling:
* * Collaborate with IT teams to create detailed line-item budgets and monthly forecasts based on technical roadmaps.

* * Variance Analysis:
* * Monitor spending fluctuations and conduct root-cause analyses to understand the reasons behind financial deviations.

* * Timekeeping Compliance:
* * Oversee the audit process for IT labor timekeeping to ensure proper tracking and compliance with Cap Ex and OpEx standards.

* * Month-End Close:
* * Reconcile purchase orders and validate operational data to provide accurate financials for corporate accounting.

* * Chargeback Models:
* * Maintain and enhance internal billing systems to accurately distribute IT service costs across business units.## Required Skills-

* Education:

* * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS) or 2-5 years of related experience in data reconciliation, operational budgeting, or cost accounting (preferably in an IT environment).

* * Software Proficiency:
* * Familiarity with time-tracking software (e.g., Jira, Service Now), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), or IT Financial Management tools is highly advantageous.

* * Advanced skills in Excel, including complex datasets, lookup functions, pivot tables, and data modeling.
