Finance Senior Manager

HMGMA (Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America) is Hyundai Motor Group's first dedicated EV mass-production plant and is an innovative facility with cutting‑edge production technology. As the Finance Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the manufacturing plant. Your expertise in financial management, treasury operations, and tax compliance will ensure the financial health of HMGMA, supporting its long‑term sustainability and profitability.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or tax, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, IFRS, GAAP, and tax laws.
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Expertise in managing external audits, tax compliance, and treasury functions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and financial management software (SAP preferred).
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred

• Strong knowledge of corporate financing strategies and capital structure optimization.
• Experience in developing and implementing financial control systems and risk management frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for financial data visualization and reporting.
