Paycom - ATS is seeking a Portfolio Manager of Collections and Workout to oversee the post-closing health of the small business loan portfolio. You will work with underserved borrowers facing hardship to restructure debt, coordinate workouts, and preserve fund capital.
You will analyze financial statements and cash flows, design workout agreements, and ensure compliance with lending laws. Strong empathy, negotiation, and bilingual Spanish-English abilities are preferred.
