The Vice President will play a central role in evaluating, executing, and managing private equity investments, working within a focused team dedicated to value creation across diverse sectors.

The firm has a track record of identifying and partnering with strong management teams to build enduring value in portfolio companies. As a Private Equity Vice President, you will be instrumental in the investment lifecycle, from initial deal screening and due diligence through transaction execution and active portfolio management.

* Key Responsibilities:
** The Private Equity Vice President will assume a range of critical responsibilities, including:
* Investment Evaluation and Due Diligence:
* Lead comprehensive financial modeling, valuation analysis, and commercial due diligence for new investment opportunities. This involves assessing market dynamics, competitive landscapes, operational efficiencies, and potential risks.
* Transaction Execution:
* Manage various aspects of transaction processes from initial screening through closing. This includes structuring deal terms, supporting negotiations, and coordinating with legal, accounting, and other third-party advisors.
* Portfolio Management:
* Actively contribute to the oversight and strategic development of portfolio companies. Monitor financial performance, identify and implement value creation initiatives, and support management teams in achieving operational and strategic objectives.
* Market Analysis and Sourcing Support:
* Conduct targeted market research to identify attractive investment themes and potential acquisition targets within the middle market. Support origination efforts through industry engagement and network development.
* Team Leadership:
* Mentor and guide junior investment professionals, including Associates and Analysts, overseeing their analytical work and contributing to their professional development within the firm.
* Exit Strategy Development:
* Collaborate on the formulation and execution of exit strategies for portfolio investments, aiming to maximize returns for limited partners.
