** Key Responsibilities**- Lead sourcing, underwriting, and execution of investment opportunities in student housing
- Originate acquisitions and develop relationships with key industry partners
- Manage financial underwriting models and investment committee processes
- Support capital strategies across fund partnerships
- Drive deal execution from identification through close
** Requirements**- 15+ years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or institutional capital- 3+ years of specific experience with student housing transactions
- Demonstrated track record executing complex real estate transactions in the U.S.
- Strong financial modeling and capital markets expertise
- Proven leadership in global or institutional investment environments
