City Clerk & Treasurer – part-time position City of Murray Hill, Jefferson County, Kentucky
Position OverviewThis part-time role combines two essential functions:
- City Clerk:
Responsible for maintaining official records, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and ensuring compliance with municipal regulations. - Treasurer:
Oversees financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and handling city funds.
- Hours:
Approximately 25 hours per month @ $25 per hour - Location:
Primarily remote, with attendance required at monthly city meetings
- Prior experience in municipal administration, finance, or record-keeping
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Kentucky local government procedures
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
