Location: Northern
The Town of Acton is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to join the Public Safety Communications team. You will answer and process calls, dispatch police, fire, EMS, and other units, and provide pre-arrival instructions. You must maintain equipment, enter data, and handle high-stress situations on a 24/7 schedule.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, two years of work experience, strong computer skills, and excellent communication. Training programs are provided.
