The United States Capitol Police (USCP) seeks a Police Officer serving as a Field Training Officer (FTO) to support and complement the post-academy Field Training Program. The FTP merges academic instruction with hands-on training to validate critical skills in officers, delivered by FTOs within the Uniformed Services Bureau.
You will train probationary officers, supervise field operations, and evaluate progress while ensuring thorough documentation and remediation planning as needed.
