Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Program Analyst to support SSP Guidance and Fire Control Branch (SP23) at the Washington Navy Yard, on-site five days a week.
You will perform programmatic and strategic analysis, track actions, and prepare leadership-ready summaries while collaborating with branch leadership.
Required:
3–5 years in DoD weapon system acquisition or Navy operations, Bachelor’s degree and active clearance (TOP SECRET preferred).
