Location: Northern
The City of Turlock is hiring an Emergency Services Dispatcher Trainee to learn 911 call taking and dispatch for the Police and Fire Departments. On-the-job training lasts about four months, with potential progression to Dispatcher I after completing required coursework.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be prepared for rotating shifts, overtime and eligibility testing including background, medical, and psychological exams.
