Stormwater Program Technician City of Odessa

What You'll Do:- Conduct field inspections at construction sites and city facilities
- Assist with enforcement of stormwater permits and regulations
- Support public participation and compliance programs
- Prepare reports and assist with regulatory agency communications
- Help contractors and industries meet stormwater standards
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service and basic computer skills
- Ability to read site plans and interpret stormwater regulations
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- On-the-job training provided!
