Seeks a full-time Housing Inspector for a 35-hour work week, M-F, to enforce the Housing Code and safeguard occupant and public health and safety; may assist with Fire Prevention inspections as needed. Requires NJDCA Inspector of Hotels and Multiple Dwellings certification, NJDFS Fire Inspector certification, valid driver's license, and 1-3 years' experience in code enforcement or building inspections. Salary range $51,903-$63,488, CWA union representation, competitive benefits package.
