Asset Manager

• Lead best-practice property management processes and end-to-end asset accountability
• Ensure compliant stewardship, accurate lifecycle tracking, and audit-ready documentation for government and contractor-controlled assets
• Apply and implement asset management best practices
• Support installed assets by ensuring required markings, tagging, and unique record identification are performed and documented
• Implement hardware, software, software warranty tracking, and license asset management within TENM
• Maintain IUID tags and upload them into PIEE
• Manage property management functions controlling contractor-held property
• Control property from receipt through stewardship and formal relief of responsibility
• Conduct internal reviews, surveillances, self-assessments, and audits
• Track government property, fixed assets, non-capitalized assets, and leased assets from acquisition through disposition
• Prepare contractual, governmental, and internal asset management reports
• Perform monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits

• BS/BA Degree
• 8 to 10 years of related experience
• Active Secret Clearance
• Must currently possess Secret clearance
• Must be able to obtain Secret clearance
