This is an opportunity to apply deep health policy expertise to projects with meaningful, nationwide impact across U.S. government healthcare programs.

• You’ll analyze complex statutes, regulations, and agency guidance and translate them into practical recommendations for government clients and stakeholders.
• The role sits at the intersection of policy, data, digital services, and human-centered design.
• You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, researchers, and subject-matter experts to turn policy requirements into effective solutions.
• As a senior contributor, you’ll help shape strategy, anticipate risks, and guide decisions on complex government challenges.
• You’ll also contribute to cross-functional initiatives, mentor colleagues, and strengthen policy capabilities across teams.
