the motorist services (ms) analyst i in the bureau of motorist services support, quality assurance (qa) program is essential in meeting the florida highway safety and motor vehicles’ (flhsmv) statutory directive and strategic goals by working to strengthen the integrity of driver license and motor vehicle issuance offices throughout the state. This position will work independently in a project-oriented position that serves to protect the citizens of florida by ensuring accurate issuance of driver license and motor vehicle credentials through quality assurance, monitoring, compliance, and support activities as well as working to strengthen and support partnerships with tax collectors and other government and private organizations partnering with flhsmv.

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for identifying possible weaknesses, recommending changes and enhancements, and working with management to resolve potential issues. The ideal candidate for this position is analytical, self-motivated, well-spoken, and an independent thinker.
