Le'Fant is seeking a junior or mid-level career Program Support Specialist to provide day-to-day program, administrative, case-management, coordination, and operational support for a federal mission that is focused on healthcare, benefits, and support programs for service members. The position will support program leadership, quality personnel, Policy Analysts, Data Analysts, and Government activities across multiple agency division work streams. This role is contingent upon contract award, but we are connecting with qualified candidates now to support potential program startup if the contract is awarded.

- Provide day-to-day program and administrative support to the Program Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Policy Analysts, and Data Analysts.
- Maintain suspense and action-item trackers.
- Coordinate Government actions, staffing actions, data calls, and deliverables.
- Support office-management activities.
- Support records coordination.
- Support program activities across policy, reporting, surveys, communications, and related work streams.
- Support meetings, surveys, reports, and training activities.
- Perform DES case-management support.
- Manage the IDES mailbox.
- Support VTA and case actions.
- Provide user assistance associated with program/case activities.
- Support case verification and corrections.
- Support SCAADL coordination.
- Support staffing-status tracking and weekly reporting.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- All work must be performed within the United States.
- Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background investigation and suitability requirements applicable to the position, including the ability to obtain a Public Trust determination if required.
- Junior- to mid-level experience in program support, administrative support, project coordination, case management, federal program operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple actions and deadlines.
- Experience maintaining trackers, coordinating actions, and supporting reports and deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured processes and procedures.
- Federal Government, DoD, VA, healthcare, disability-program, or case-management experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
This role is contingent upon contract award. We are connecting with qualified candidates now to support potential program startup if the contract is awarded. Position duties, work location, schedule, and compensation may be adjusted to align with final contract requirements and labor category determinations at the time of award.
