Position: Education Specialist (International Programs Office), GS-1702-7/9
Location: NorthernYou will serve as a EDUCATION SPECIALIST in the International Programs Office of NAVAL ACADEMY.
GS-09:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Managing the logistics and administration of a federal academic program evaluationsDemonstrating ability to conduct research and program evaluationsCoordinating and communicating effectively with U.S. Naval Academy midshipmen, faculty, staff, and senior military advisors; and support program planning, execution, and assessmentPreparing budget estimates, managing program operating funds, tracking expenditures, authorizing Government Travel Charge Card purchases in accordance with applicable policies, and conducting financial-record reconciliations to ensure accurate, timely, and accountable use of fundsGS-07:
