We offer a complete set of menu services including Lash Extensions, Eyelash Perming, Brow and Lash Tinting, and Facial Threading. • Competitive hourly wage plus tips during the certification training process.
• Generous commission plan on all ancillary services, eyelash extension services, retail cosmetic products, membership sales, and add‑on services.
• Potential for bonuses for monthly/quarterly sales goals
• Once certified through our corporate training:
  Pay may range from $35,000 to $70,000 per year.
• $250.00 sign‑on bonus after corporate certification.

• Active Kentucky Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• Lashing experience (preferred but not necessary)
• Motivated to learn new techniques and has excellent attention to detail
• Initiates self‑learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and has a positive attitude
• Enjoys working independently, yet enjoys working in a team environment
• Reliable and dependable work ethic

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive theory‑based and hands‑on education to further your professional careers. Finessed over decades with a focus on beautiful, consistent results and the safety of our guests, our curriculum is highly regarded industry‑wide and rivals the best in the business.
