Clinical Aesthetician

Compensation: $20.00 – $36.00 / hour

The Aesthetician will be responsible for providing clients with skin care consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and skillfully performing treatments including clinical facials, peels and laser hair removal.

• Provide client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and objectives
• Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre‑ and post‑treatment care instructions
• Respond to client queries and expectations with professionalism and empathy
• Apply best practices and stay current with market trends and techniques
• Ensure client safety at all times and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
• Promote retail products and additional services offered by Skin Spirit
• Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products
• Follow established treatment protocols and documentation standards
• Generate and maintain a client base through proactive outreach and follow‑up
• Attend trainings, meetings, and required travel to other locations as needed

• OH Cosmetic Therapist license required
• 2+ years aesthetician experience desired
• Existing clientele is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; effective communication with clients, peers, and managers
• Ability to multitask while being attentive and flexible to business needs
• Team player who can take initiative independent of direct supervision
• Proficient with email and social media experience is a plus
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, stooping, and use of hands and arms to touch, handle, feel or control tools and objects
• Occasional periods of sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing, balancing, and pushing/pulling heavy objects or machinery
