Overview

Sport Clips Haircuts in Fort Wright, KY is hiring Management Team Members to join our Management Development Program. We have five busy salons in the area, offering a fun, sports-themed environment.

Full-time, Part-time

• Assistant managers: hourly plus additional compensation for extra responsibilities
• Managers: salaried with a minimum of $65,000 annual compensation

Sign-on bonus: $500 for full time, $250 for part time.

• Lead and develop pro stylists, ensuring each client receives personal attention.
• Deliver the ultimate haircut experience for men, focusing on the latest hairstyles and client preferences.
• Manage daily salon operations, maintain quality standards, and support team performance.

• Minimum Kentucky Cosmetology License required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a sports-themed salon environment.
