Hair Stylist​/Esthetician Marriott International

As an Esthetician at The Ritz-Carlton, you will set the standard for luxury skincare and waxing services. Guided by our Gold Standards, you will deliver exceptional, personalized experiences to our guests, ensure their safety and comfort, and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team environment.

• Welcome, acknowledge, and escort guests to and from treatment rooms with genuine appreciation and warmth.

• Perform waxing and skincare services according to brand luxury standards and guest preferences.

• Assess guest needs, evaluate skin, hair, or nail conditions, and inquire about contraindications prior to service.

• Anticipate guest needs, accommodate individuals with disabilities, and handle any guest concerns or inappropriate behavior professionally by escalating to management as necessary.

• Advise guests on appropriate treatments, proper care regimens, and home care products.

• Actively promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products to achieve performance goals.

• Set up, clean, maintain, and sterilize treatment rooms, equipment, tools, and workstations to guarantee guest comfort and safety.

• Adhere strictly to the daily treatment schedule and maintain time management throughout the day.

• Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management immediately, and complete required safety training.

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 lbs without assistance.

• Maintain valid state licensure and adhere to all local regulations and quality assurance expectations.

• Present a clean, well-groomed, and professional appearance aligned with brand standards.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.

• Build positive working relationships, support team goals, and perform other reasonable job duties assigned by supervisors.

• License & Certification: Valid State Esthetician License (Required).

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree (Preferred).

• Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related esthetics/spa experience (Preferred).
