Nail Technician

Neo Nails is hiring Licensed Nail Technicians for Brickell, Miami and Key Biscayne. Full-time or part-time. A valid Florida Nail Technician License is required.

This is a chair-level nail salon career for a licensed technician who can work independently and as part of the floor. Clients book manicure and pedicure services, gel and acrylic work, and nail art. The Brickell shop is a full salon and day spa; we are also hiring for Key Biscayne. We need people who already do clean gel and acrylic work, keep a sanitary station, and can talk a guest through a service without rushing the result.

• Manicure and pedicure
• Gel and acrylic applications
• Nail art
• Sanitation of tools and work areas
• Client care and product recommendations when they fit the service

• Valid Florida Nail Technician License (required)
• Experience with gel and acrylic applications
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  Hours:
  
  Monday-Saturday 10am-8:30pm, Sunday 11am-7pm. Complimentary parking during service.
• Key Biscayne - second hiring location. Applicants can indicate Brickell, Key Biscayne, or either.

• 50% commission on services
• Technicians keep 100% of their tips
• $1,000+ per week based on a consistent 5-day schedule
• Weekly pay, with bonuses based on performance

Earnings depend on experience, performance, and availability. This is commission-based pay, not a guaranteed hourly wage.
