We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Educator with deep knowledge of professional hair color and a strong background in salon culture. This individual will lead brand strategy, drive product education, support sales initiatives, and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities Champion the brand vision and ensure alignment across education, marketing, and sales teams

Create compelling educational content, tools, and campaigns to support in-salon success

Partner with field ambassadors to ensure consistent brand representation

Lead product positioning and brand narative for all hair color and supporting lines

Analyze brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of behind-the-chair experience as a licensed cosmetologist with a specialty in hair color

Proven track record in education, marketing, or brand representation within the professional beauty industry

Strong understanding of salon operations, stylist needs, and current trends in color and haircare

Excellent communication, presentation, and project managment skills

Ability to travel as needed for education and events

Passionate self-motivated, and highly collaborative

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's licens

Weekend availability a must Ability to travel throughout South Jersey and Pennsylvania Part-Time position available EOE
